With Rinseroo primarily an online product, a big focus of mine is on driving continuous growth by reaching new audiences through targeted e-commerce strategies. I plan and execute social sale campaigns that align with peak buying seasons and customer behaviors, ensuring maximum visibility and conversion. I also explore new market opportunities and develop strategies for expanding Rinseroo’s presence on Amazon and other digital platforms. Gathering customer feedback is integral to the process, and I use the insights for research and development to provide valuable product suggestions.

Influencer Marketing

A key component of Rinseroo's strategy is influencer marketing, leveraging the strong TikTok community to build brand awareness. I focus on reaching out to influential individuals who align with Rinseroo’s audience. By building authentic relationships with these influencers, I invite them to try the product and share their genuine experiences with their followers. By carefully selecting influencers who resonate with Rinseroo’s brand, I ensure each partnership feels organic and credible. These partnerships foster long-term collaboration, promoting ongoing brand development, increasing exposure, and driving sales conversions.

Social Media Management

In my role managing Rinseroo's social media presence, I prioritize staying on top of social channel trends and algorithm updates, ensuring the brand remains relevant and visible to its target audience as well as reaching new audiences. This involves ongoing brainstorming sessions to identify fresh, creative ways, backed with data to engage potential customers and expand market reach.

A key part of my approach includes consistent content creation, focusing on short-form videos tailored to multiple social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube’s unique styles and trends. Each video showcases the product's versatility, generating engagement, visibility, and being on trend.
